Together for the cycling youth in Tanzania: From August 24 to September 20, the second Velafrica Cycling Challenge took place, an app-based participation campaign for all those who would like to support Velafrica in a sporting way.
Over 200 participants covered 67’000 kilometers on their bikes within four weeks and collected around 10’000 Swiss francs. With this money, we can support the Arusha Bicycle Company with racing bikes, mountain bikes and spare parts for the cycling enthusiastic youth and enable them to participate in competitions. Thanks to partners, we can also supply accessories such as helmets, bike racks and tools.
